Barb loves Great Falls, she has lived here her entire life. She was a full time Mom for 17 years to her 2 children, she also worked with her husband of 29 years doing home remodels including roofing and interior remodel.

After calling Barb to ask a few questions about market and within minutes she had me signed up to receive updates on all listings and offered to do market analysis for me! She was so responsive and answered every question at any time of day and always provided an answer - contacting other agents, mortgage companies, home inspectors and appraisers! Whenever I requested to see a property- she would have an appointment within in an hour or two! She had such great working relationships with other realtors and is really respected and valued by them. I didn't think I was ready to move forward on selling my home that I had for 25 years and downsize until her knowledge, support and eagerness to assist in making your dreams come true made it so comfortable to do so (and excited). We feel so fortunate to have found Barb. Our journey together started when I asked her if she knew a realtor who would come to our home to give us some ideas on what we should do to get it ready to sell. We knew our house was outdated and needed help but didn't know what updates would be worth the time and money. Barb immediately said that she would be very happy to take a look and that there would be no charge for it and no obligation to use her services when we were ready to sell.. She confided that she has loved looking at other peoples homes since she was young and really enjoys the creative process of envisioning what changes could be done to make each home even better. On the day of our appointment Barb set us at ease immediately. She came on time and was so easy to talk to. She listened to our questions and gave us honest fact- supported information on our options. She is so down to earth. We never felt she was just telling us what we wanted to hear so that she could get our business. She simple spoke to us as if we were comfortable longtime friends. The things she suggested all seemed reasonable and well thought out. We did them all. Well, we did hire Barb when the time came. She radiated trustworthiness, knowledge and had a Christian attitude. We felt she would be fair, strong, and honest in all of her dealings with us and others. She proved to be exactly that. Barb kept us well informed about the process. If we had questions, she was only a phone call away. If she didn't know the answer, she would tell us that. She would research it and call us back when she said she would. Another area where Barb shined was to help protect us from Covid 19. She immediately supplied written safety instructions for us and those coming in to view our home. She supplied hand sanitizer and booties. We initially had a difference of opinion on the sales price. Barb patiently listened to our explanation and then shared her ideas. We went with the price she suggested and are very glad we did. Her instincts were right on. We got a good offer after only one day on the market. That was important to us since we did not want to haggle back and forth over price with perspective buyers nor did we want the sale to drag on. Because Barb is a stickler for the details, our closing went without hitch. We highly recommend Barb.

Barbara was recommended by a friend and we could not be happier with everything she has done for us. When our father died my sisters and me found ourselves in the difficult position of having to sell off Dad's house and belongings. We had to get the house on the market fast so the reverse mortgage company wouldn't foreclose. Barbara helped us meet that deadline by arranging the estate sale so the house could get cleared out and on the market. Plus it saved us the emotional difficulty of having to run the estate sale ourselves. We knew nothing about the process of selling a home. Barbara guided us every step of the way. She's super-communicative and always kept us informed at every stage of the process. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and very patient about explaining stuff we didn't understand. Also, Barbara knows the market and is very well- connected! If there's something you need done, such as repair work, she knows contractors who can help. Selling a house can be a daunting process, but with Barbara as our agent we knew she always had our back. Barbara was simply amazing. I am a first time home buyer and came in with little knowledge. BEST REALTOR EVER!!! Barb's work ethic is second to none. With great knowledge and connections to the community. She worked with us for 2 years trying to sell our house, and watched over it like it was her own. We live in Memphis and she made sure our property was always presentable and safe. From all the crazy things that happened such as pipes bursting, water damage, crazy rental companies, buyers that disappear off the face of the planet, #moneypit she was always there for us.
